My mom’s birthday was last week, and our official celebration is next week, but tonight we celebrated a belated/early birthday! My mom deserves numerous celebrations — she is thoughtful, fun, generous, selfless, and she enjoys a fun dinner out!
We shared a menu item featuring one of my mom’s favorite ingredients… bread with olive/caper tapenade. Delish!
And then vegetarian risotto made with farro, mushrooms & Parmesan cheese.
