While strolling through Vail last weekend (and spotting Ryan Sutter) I drooled over all of the gourmet restaurant booth fare, but the only purchase I made was some dried handmade pasta.
Pastamore’s fun flavors caught my attention, and I decided on one package of Thai Citrus Ginger Linguini. Who knew that noodles could be so flavorful?
Tonight we had friends over for dinner and used these noodles for a thai shrimp pasta dish. I’m going to write about the recipe next week, but I thought I’d give you a sneak peek! It was delicious.
